Our stay at Eleonora in Chania was a delightful family experience. Our little one, just a year old, was warmly welcomed, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable. The location within the old town was a bonus, allowing us to explore the charming pedestrian laneways without the hassle of traffic. The cozy room we stayed in, although with a few charming creeks here and there, felt like a genuine home away from home.One morning, we were pleasantly surprised when our generous host, Sophia, brought up a special breakfast tray for us on the rooftop. It was a lovely gesture that truly made us feel like part of the family. The local delicacies she served reflected the rich Cretan culture, and we appreciated the effort she put into making our stay memorable.Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly peaceful, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring. The included breakfast was a convenient start to our mornings, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Eleonora provided a welcoming atmosphere that catered to our family's needs, making it a perfect base for our Cretan adventure.
